Scuff No More: Advanced Waterborne Coatings with Superior Silicone Additive
Interior architectural paints in high traffic areas (e.g., schools, hospitals, offices, etc.) are prone to numerous scuff marks and stains which reduces aesthetics and decreases service life. Therefore, customers continue to look for ways to enhance and preserve these assets with sustainable coatings solutions. In addition, coating formulators are continuing to develop waterborne solutions which eliminate/reduce VOCs and hazardous materials, without sacrificing performance, to enable a safer environment for people.
In this webinar we will showcase a new silicone-based additive solution which will enable coating formulators to improve scuff resistance for interior waterborne coatings. Traditional additives for scuff resistance have limited efficacy and deficiencies depending on PVCs.
